Red Bull "Musketeers" have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks for creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts. Musketeers plan, develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities to win and activate Key Accounts in new On Premise playgrounds.


  • Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.)
  • Develop local customer strategies in line with the national business strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals
  • Collaborate with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (decision makers and influencers within key accounts, DP partners, wholesalers, beverage industry) to leverage business success
  • Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers)
  • Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions at which Red Bull should be present
  • Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both the Red Bull business and customer's business
  • Measure success by diligently tracking, analyzing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity


  • Key Account management experience preferred
  • Previous experience with and expansive network in the hospitality, and/or FMCG industry preferred
  • Market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Ability to work in the field at least two nights every week
  • Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
  • Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability
  • Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur
  • Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene
  • Proficiency in English
  • Proficient in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Driving license ("B" category) for at least two years
