• Delivery of legal advice and services concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations. May include litigation.
Includes handling of patent and other intellectual property matters. Also includes non-exempt legal support

Typical Educational Requirements:

• BA/BS degree w/4 - 7+years experience
• MA/MS degree w/2 – 5+ years experience
