Our client is ALKALOID AD, a company that for seven decades now is in the business of manufacturing drugs, processing botanical raw material, manufacturing cosmetics and chemical products.
It is a joint stock company made of two profit centers, has two daughter companies, as well as 13 subsidiaries abroad. It is company with around 1250 employees; with dominant part of the capital owned by private shareholders, out of which 12% are foreign investors.

For our client we are looking for the following position in Sarajevo

Sales and Marketing Supervisor

Scope and purpose of the Position
To successfully supervise, implement and lead business activities in an assigned country with full responsibility for it



Main responsibilities:

  • Implementing the local product marketing strategies under the supervision of the Director CCB;
  • Close collaboration and control of quality of work of products distributors
  • Reporting on regular basis on previously agreed grounds and periods;
  • Maintains and develops contacts with key accounts and product position influencers. Identifies and initiates contacts with new potential key accounts;
  • Keeps himself / herself informed about the sales situation in the respective country, and keep Export Manager and Director CCB properly informed about all the essential facts related to field activities or sales development;
  • Information collection and analysis about activities of competitors and distributors;
  • Giving feed back ideas for development of the business and products related with the sales, merchandising, pricing politics, new products, new packing, promotional activities etc.
  • Participates in the running of local and/or international events (fairs).
  • Performs other duties assigned to him/her as and when required.



Requirements:

  • Very good experience in FMCG (related field)
  • High/er business, marketing or economy education
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking and reporting skills
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office
  • Very good analytical skills
  • Highly enthusiastic professional attitude
